FAQS

  • I am currently a Level 3 Certified Sleep Consultant working towards my Level 6. I am also an OCN Qualified Maternity Nurse.

I am a Norland trained Nanny and completed my BAHons Degree in Early Childhood Development and Learning there. I completed my PGCE in Primary Education and have my QTS.

I have been working with and supporting families for over 10 years.

  • Absolutely not. Many of the families I support are co-sleeping or room-sharing. My role is to help you find an approach that works for your family, not to tell you how you should parent.

  • No. I believe sleep support should feel responsive and respectful. Any changes we make will be discussed together and tailored to your baby's temperament, age and your comfort level.

  • Many of the families I work with feel exactly the same. Sometimes it isn't about trying harder or finding another tip online — it's about having a personalised plan and support that's tailored to your baby.

  • That's completely fine. I focus on realistic routines that fit around real family life. Sleep support shouldn't feel rigid or impossible to maintain.
